I am through with diets and dieting and have started going on walks with my beloved and his which is quite fun, if you've seen the videos I uploaded to Facebook

That's what I mean: especially the so called 'crash' diets are doomed.
I don't consider myself to be on a diet. I'm just paying attention to what I eat.
I'll have to look for your videos.

Sorry, I can't seem to find any video. When I clicked on the video icon on your wall, the following happened:
First they want me to download some 'hardware accelerator', which I refused. Then they wanted access to *my* webcam and microphone*. I refused. Then the video didn't load.
It looks as if that icon brings me to *my* videos.

Most of my exercise comes from walking, too. I probably do quite a bit just with day-to-day getting around, because I don't drive, and then sometimes I go for fairly long walks too.
I really should try to eat more sensibly, though. For example, a mug of coffee and two cigarettes does *not* constitute breakfast!

Bel I will send you an invite to Snoopy's fan club, you can click on the video(s) in there - they are only 30 secs each
KB a and a cigarette used to be my breakfast but when I gave up smoking I piled on 3 stone and I've never been able to shift it. It's like I swopped one vice for another

and cigarettes is my normal breakfast.
Got the invite, thanks. Looks like it is the dog doing all the running, though.
