I don't remember that* actually, I only just remember etting on the train home but I sobred up on the tedious delayed journey in a carrage full of teenage thugs

*mumbles about teenage thugs* Sometimes I just hate my generation.

Well, I guess they were 14 to about 17, and by the look of it had been out in London drinking, and were getting the last train home I'd have never been able to afford doing that kind of thing at their age they wern't too badly behaved, just a bit loud and annoying actually, was a very surreal train journey

Oh, and VIP, I assume youe *were* suitably looked after?

I was looked after, indeed. Bruce did come to my rescue when i was being talked to by the scary suited men in the first pub. Well, they weren't scary. At least the liked the wings.

Now if only Kerr had *told* me I was meant to be looking after you...

Ummm... Which scary suited men? Were they actually with us?

Ahhh she means the Masons - there was some big masonic do on over at the Grand Lodge on Great Queen Street.

I noticed some 'suited and booted' types near the bar looking a bit strangely at us.

Ahh, yes, hte strange suited men, from MI5 in teh first pub... And the guy who kept talking to me, and whom I thought I knew and who kept asking me about my wallet

Yeah, I was a little worried, and glad to move down to the h2g2 end of the pub, I have to say.

Yeah; felt safer over with Us lot; only problem, had to keep passing by them to get beer

*nods* I'm sure they were harmless. I guess the wings were just asking for some sort of comment, really.

It was definitely cosier in the second pub. Just us.

So do you like the venue? Should we hire it again?

I am quite keen to - provided that we can sort out the food side of it.

The evening venue gets a huge from me. We fitted in nicely, it's nice place, and it's got good memories too.

Yeah: the London Pride was loverly, and quite cheap; and the vodka was very reasonable Was a good size for us lot and had a good atmosphere and it wasn't too far from Kings Cross, and Obviously Its near Holbon tube Not sure what it was like in terms of location to hotels; but it was near enough the tube I recon, for that not to be too much of a problem and, the Swinton, near Kings Cross, must only be ten or fiftheen mins away by cab
