What a fantastic series this was.

Wow, you've been busy this week!
A bit about the toys would be good - the series was, after all, a huge ad for the toys as much as anything else. But otherwise, great entry!

I'll have to take a breath and a good run up for that one, there were a lot of the buggers and some are just bizarre, but leave it with me.

Loved the thundercats, thanks for the article
Typos
"destroyed in a golbal cataclysm"
global
"justice and general pleasentness in "
is pleasentness a word, if so isn't is pleasantness?
"but nieve oaf. "
naive (remember naive is evian spelled backwards)
"psionic abilities "
not a typo, but a note to what these are would be helpful
"Mr T demeanour"
Ok i know who he is but others might not
"an amazon to "
Amazon
And a bit of GuideML headers would go down a treat.
Now I've read the article, I'm thinking of trying to find a thundercats top, will let you know how the hunt goes.

They tend to pop up in comic stores that stock the Transformers t-shirts as well, though they are rarer.

I'd have liked to add a bit more depth about the bad guys and the range of toys that was available, but that'll have to come later as I don't have the time to research it right now.

By the way, can I add to this at a later date?

Sam Posted Sep 6, 2002
Well, if we accept your entry for the Edited Guide now, the additions you want to make to it later would have to be done through Update HQ which can take some time. What we could do is accept the entry now, and then you could make the changes you want, when you want, to the original entry (remeber, the Edited Guide version is a copy of the original which we never touch). At the same time you could recommend that those changes to the original be made to the EG version through Update HQ A496451. What do you reckon?

If I can amend the original and the guide entry at the same time through the link in my personal space then that's fine by me. But the HQ option seems the best idea...that is of course if you decide to accept by humble work...

I think the best idea is if we give you the time to amend the entry now before we accept the pick (the Scout liked it and so do we and so it'll have no problem eventually getting in the Edited Guide.) The thing is, if we accept the entry now, you won't be able to make changes yourself to the Edited Guide version once it has been accepted. You won't be able to acces the copied EG verion from your Personal Space once it has achieved Edited status.
Take your time - we'll leave it in PR and once it's ready, as you see fit, another Scout will come along and pick it again.

You know that I'd forgotten how the tune went totally...I'll have to look into that one further...I do remember that it had Liono uttering the line: "Thundercats, Ho" somewhere in there. The real problem is that I don't have any tapes of the series and I don't think that it's likely to enjoy a rerun any time in the near future so I'll just have to look on the net and hope for the best.
Thanks for the suggestion, by the way.

By the way, it went:
Feel the magic
Hear the roar
Thundercats are loose...

That guy just sparked my memory...Liono's sword projected the Thundercat symbol of a silouetted cats face in profile like the bat-signal they used in Gotham City to call Batman up.
I'm on a roll here!
