> "Is this a piece that you're having trouble finishing and could do with some feeback or other help? The Collaborative Writing Workshop may have the answer you need."
No it may not. The Collaborative Workshop is for collaborative entries in the style of 'this week's topic'. Are you thinking of the Writing Workshop?
> "'Is it an opinionated piece or an intentionally one-sided discussion? You should post this to the h2g2 Speakers Corner.'"
Or the Alternative Workshop, which is meant to be a home for all 'alternative' content - whether it be due to a lack of fact, an excess of opinion, or whatever. Oh, and 'opinion piece' sounds a lot better than 'opinionated piece'.

Comments on wall...
> "If the comments on an entry are generally positive, it may eventually be picked for inclusion in the Edited Guide"
s/may/will.
> "For a detailed explanation of all of the Review Forums system, including how to submit one of your own entries (or someone else's) to Peer Review, please read the Review Forums FAQ."
I'd replace with:
> "For a detailed explanation of all of the Review Forums, please read the Review Forums FAQ"
As is, you're telling people to go to two different places to learn how to submit an entry, which is kinda dumb.

Well there's good news and bad news - and I'll get the bad news out of the way first.
The Peer Review page is apparently different to normal Guide entries, in that it doesn't list linked pages and it doesn't list authors. So unfortunately, although in the editing page, Hoovooloo *is* credited, it doesn't actually show anywhere and, as far as I can see, it doesn't even appear on Hoovooloo's page as one of his entries. Obviously, we didn't realise this would happen and it's disappointing that we promised a credit and then discovered it was something we couldn't deliver.
In recompense, I'm about to write the announcement for the Peer Review revision, and I'll make sure Hoovooloo's substantial contribution to this is mentioned there.
On the up-side, the 'new, improved' Peer Page now contains all those revisions and suggestions from this discussion. As a consequence, I'm going to close down 'The Grey Wall' for the time being until we get onto revising the next Help Page.
Regards,
Jimster

Well, you tried, for which, thanks!
I thought there might be something odd about credits on Help Pages, because although I AM listed as the author of the Transgressions Procedure, on that page, it doesn't appear on my list of entries.
Like I said, it was pure egotism (and in hope of creeping up the list of prolific contributors...) asking for the credit anyway - the important thing for the Guide is, the page has improved!

Dear Hoovooloo,
Very many congratulations to you on improving the Guide. A job well done
Anna
[As the Transgressions Procedure entry is a help page, that's probably why it doesn't appear on your personal space.]
