You forgot Mrs Landingham (I'm not exactly sure how you spell it), the president's secretary (until she died). Her death was a major event in the President Bartlet's life, so I reckon she should be in there. Margaret and Lord John Marbury should also get a mention imho...

Zoe Bartlett probably deserves a mention too - she was there pretty often in Season 1... don't know what's happened to her since of course
