A Conversation for Talking Point: Snail Mail versus Email

E-mail is a fantastic way to keep in touch with family.
For instance-Telewest cable company includes free e-mail as part of their packages-which means my family are never 'far apart'
I have found
emails to be very romantic-and are often more spontaneous than any written letter could be- but
also it's easier to say something that you might later regret-and once you push that button that's that!
Of course another limitation on email is that you can't touch the 'letter' and feel close to the person-and of course, for a collector of autographs-it really falls apart!
