A Conversation for The Human Shoulder - Causes of pain and weakness
Herb for RSI etc.

My English isn't too well, so I'll keep it short.
From my own experience I can say, that the herb Harpaghophytum Procumbens/Devilsclaw (much used by farmers in Southern Africa who suffer from arthritis)is very effective in relation to irritated tendons, RSI and also Arthritis. It has hardly any side-effects. You should only keep an eye at your bowel movement, cause it can be slightly purging.
This devilsclaw (I eat it raw, in véry little portions; more than enough) gives me every day lots of painless hours, smoother joints(!) and therefore more flexible muscles. It is much more than a simple painkiller and it also effectively works against "inflammations"/irritations at the location where tendons and boons meet each other; exactly thére it does its work.
This is one of the best "expedients" I found and I am also just as much keen on good advice and help from the conventional medical world as you ,readers ,are. I thought, I had to share this with you.
