Actually, it isn't all that hard to use gender-free pronouns - as a matter of fact, it's a lot easier than looking for a word that serves the purpose of 'he' (as in 'if someone found this, then he would...') that means 'she' as well...
Sheer brilliance. I'll be referencing this whenever I use one!

Isn't that what Moderators do?
[Looks around guiltily ]
I mean, despite the fact that they are probably nice, sensitive people, who probably hate removing the links I make to useful sites and all?

I thought there was a smiley... Oh well...
[Chucks a vase of s]
I make up interesting but wrong psychological theories, then (using a carefully planned and entirely unused methodology) I collect a load of convincing yet fabricated data to support them. It's very scientific.

Data manufacture...
[Tinkers for a bit]
Here's an A+ in both, though you only got an 'A' on your last assignment (you forgot to explain the term 'Welsh curve-fitting Lagrangian dimorphemes' with reference to cross-cultural perception of MacOS).

Is there a society for creative science?
I think there should be.

Like 'Creative Science - We make science what it isn't!'
Or 'The Creative Scientists - Science the way /you/ want it!'
Hmm...

And we would need a load of people to diss other, less creative scientists and convince them that creative science explains the (manufactured) data better anyway. When they object, we can just give them a nice, big !

Could someone be hinting?
Nah, must be an optical illusion.
