h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well we think we have found a venue for the evening. This is think because we need to check a few things out first, but we are off to do that this afternoon so watch this space.

Other then that we have been making lists of equipment and needs, thinking about ways to keep you all amused and looking forward to the big day itself.

If I can't come, I'll get in txt contact with someone so that we can post updates onsite for those who can't be there, hopefully.

Hopefully, of course, I won't need to.

Any chance the evening venue will have a non-smoking section this time, cause the winter one didn't?

It's something that I'm looking into Kaz. I'm not the only italic with asthma, so I'm hopeful, but not promising.

I had an idea that any singers could get together and practise a little song or two during the afternoon. We could then perform for you all in the evening. Will there be a piano? (I have no idea if anyone will join in with this, nor whether anyone can actually play the piano, but I'm going to ask around)
