Just wanted to say that I enjoyed reading your post on BOC, who I consider one of my favorite groups and musical influences. I was wanting to tell you that the musician/writer Julian Cope wrote a very entertaining and informative, ...though quite lengthy... biography about BOC on his Head Heritage website. He goes into the relationship with Patti Smith and Richard Meltzer. He even includes a scanned image of Patti's full poem, "Vera Gemini," that you can click to enlarge and read.
