I just finished watching the anime Ceres Celestial Legend (Ayeshi no Ceres).
Is there anyone else who has seen this work?
What did you think of it?

Well a word of explanation:
Ceres is about a girl who on her 15th or 16th birthday, I can't remember which, goes with her twin brother to the main family house for some kind of coming of age ceremony. Her grandfather brings out a mummified hand and the girl, Aya, and her twin brother, Aki, have violent psychic reactions to it. Because of this, her brother will be an honored leader of the family, and she will be killed.

Needless to say, she escapes but it starts an entire bloodfest of family against family violence. There is a good portion of the war of the sexes thrown in too. Aya's happy world is shattered in one night. It is a very dramatic work. I liked it, but it was a lot darker than Fushigi Yugi. Comments anyone?
