How do you know there's more than one polar bear? We've seen no evidence for that so far. (No spoilers please, Channel 4 has only shown the first 3 or 4 episodes!)
As to staying by the wreckage, of course it makes sense to return to it, but in the immediate aftermath it's more sensible to get away. The rescuerers would take at least a few hours to get there anyway.

Just because you haven't seen more polar bears doesn't mean that I haven't, not that I'm saying I have. In the documentary on E4 the writers said "We have an idea of where the polar bears are coming from", so there's more then one bear.

I see. I only meant we haven't seen them yet, but given that you're ahead in Ireland, obviously you may well have. I just hadn't heard about it before.

I meant GodBen, who I think is from Ireland.
Last night's episode was good - I predicted the twist just beofre it was revealed, I'm quite proud of that.

Yeah! some LOST people! I started watching it because of the Dominic - LOTR connection but now I DO SO like the back-story-reveal-a-plot way the writers have of going about telling each episode.
I tend to catch those quick moments of Sawyer walking by Boone in the Police station type of things. But then when i mention it nobody else seems to have seen it.
How far are you? The TV guide here just came out with the entire plot summary for the first season.
