Using a ten foot pole rather than a baton probably explains why I was thrown out of the under 9's relay team. (Plus, of course, I'm 27.)

And my plan to spike the other teams' ribena with amphetamines backfired as there's no drugs testing and they trounced us soundly. I think one little kid is still going.
