It's a year old, but here is an article from "We are south Devon".
It is a little simplistic, and in someplaces inaccurate.
Why they didn't use Dawlish as an example of a Celtic placename I do not know, choosing instead the Celto-Anglo combination of Brixham.
Nevertheless, it is good to see the issue raised.
