We sell venus fly traps and various other carnivorous plants at our nursery.
One large supplier here has produced a marketing label for them calling the plants "Fang"
Small kids just love them. I suspect a lot of the plants spend their lives wondering
why they never get a feed when their hairs are touched!
What fun you could have naming these little critters!!

You may be interested to know that I have a VFT called Tyson. Hardly a cute name I know, but soon after I got it I was sitting looking out of the window past it when an earwig walked over it...... chomp, munch, etc, the jaws (what is the real name for them?) that caught it did not open for about a week.!! Ear - munch.....well, I couldn't resist....
