Certainly gets straight to the point (no pun intended). Perhaps you could also mention:
- the distinction between single and double clicking
- right clicking will often bring up a menu whereas left clicking is to select
(I can't believe how many times I have had to explain that to callers when doing tech support.. *sigh*)

It may also help to explain grouping, dragging, and maybe scrollers. I'd have to agree that an explanation of left and right clicking and double clicking are in order here. Besides those things, this is an excellent article that is definitely needed in the Guide.
