I agree with all you say in your excellent entry.
I particularly liked David Dickinson's appearance on the Johnny Vaughan programme where he was able to converse as an equal with Robbie Coltrane. He also completely upstaged the lamentable Vaughan, at one point talking to Robbie about restoring model ships while Vaughan looked on - unable to get a word in.
It is amazing to me that someone who has only been on television a relatively short time can come across as so natural.

he really is amazing-I only wish Channel 5 would show repeats of the programmes he did for them.
cant wait to see the prime time shows!
