Well I'm not actually working this year, so that will be a nice change. I have to go in between Christmas and the new year, but not working on any of the holiday days.

I always celebrate Christmas with my parents, do the traditional food and watch the box for a bit, I even enjoy the old films, even altough i've seen them 100 time over... I do Christmas.. I was lucky enough to have good Christmas's as a child and now it's Mum and Dads turn to be a bit spoiled... this is my first Christmas on h2g2 tho and i'm looking forward to it...

Yes you did say you'd be hanging a stocking this year. Do you think if I were to hang a pair of tights instead I'd get double the prezzies.?

Oh dear, yes. I hadn't thought of that. Perhaps I'd better reconsider. The Christmas adverts on TV sometimes get on your nerves, they start too early. I don't like Tescos, but I do think the advert with the old lady is funny. I like the one with Roger Moore, where she dreams they are ski-ing together and he says a good bird and stuffing too, or something like that. The ad that really gets on my nerves is the Argos one with the would mbe rock star.

Not going away, but certainly will raise a glass to toast the festive ocassion. Enjoy the Canaruies. Haven't been there for some years, but had great fun when we did.
