Why not take a decent translation as a basis, change a few bits and pieces to make it different to the one you are copying, and then use it as you wish.
I don't think you are likely to end up in court, and it'd be a sight better than any machine translation based text.
Call me cynical, but it doesn't seem to bed any great crime.
