This method of cooking rice is more or less foolproof - and it's not already in the guide! I heartily recommend it.

I probably should have added that, although I haven't had the chance to try out the recipe yet, this Entry looks just fine to me!

I'm a good test for supposedly foolproof cooking tips, as I usually manage to muck it up somehow. I'll try this and let you know.
