I might do, Lucinda.
I spent several years in consumer advice (I got a Diploma in Consumer Affairs), however I believe the law has changed a bit since that time. Shouldn't take too long to get up to date, though.
At present, I have a few irons in the fire, so this will go on the back burner. It will need stuff adding in about the Consumer Credit Act 1974, which gives consumers rights against credit companies as well as against the supplier in certain circumstances. I don't know the position in other countries, so I may need help here.
