Is there such a thing as non-subjective comedy?

Most comedy is subjective, i.e. one person will laugh, another will not - subject to their perceptions, social, religious, cultural, political, and/or racial backgrounds.
But is there such a thing as NON-subjective comedy, or in other words, an inherently funny joke that does not rely on context? A sort of "my dog's got no nose" type joke that doesnt
require you to be kanine-insensitive, or to even know what a dog (or a nose for that matter) is.
I believe that there is such a thing, only waiting to be discovered, and I offer the following proof:
- Comedy is the opposite to Drama
- Non-Subjective Drama (in the form of negative emotion due to lack of desired objects/conditions) exists* for all life forms
- If therefore a non-subjective Drama must therefore exist, then a non-subjective Comedy (even if it is the lack of Drama) must exist
So who will be the first to discover (invent?) the Non-Subjective Joke?
