Any bit of it in particular or just a general hatred?

What we professionals refer to as 'the colouring in' mainly. It's lovely innit? Sorry about this thread, it's going to sound even more hideously self regarding than usual, but it's an old cartoon so I'm allowed to be jealous of the self I was when I drew it.

The CAC CONTINUUM - The ongoing adventures of the Committee for Alien Content (a division of AggGag)

And so you should be! There's a lovely, full, rich, warm feeling to this younger piece before the bitter, anorexic cynicism of the later work. smiley - yikes

Ah well, you've hit upon something there AGG/GAG: the reason I used an old one this week is because I went cold on the one I had planned for precisely that reason. I'm fed up with being fed up, and I was only fed up because I wasn't drawing and now I *am* drawing I'm not fed up anymore but I've spent so long being fed up I'm not sure what I'm like when I'm not fed up. Ironic that so much being fed up leads to emotional anorexia.

As I said to shazz, there'll always be room for melancholy because I'd be miserable without it, but look out for something new when I've worked out what it is.

The colouring is quite wonderful. It is my life long ambition to be a colorist, as I'm only good with colours (Wowbagger may be able to back me up there- he's seen some of my attempts at drawing smiley - yikes)

Thank you Sporky. I love your idea of colouring in things which aren't there; good luck with it.
