A tip for sticky MacIntels

I thought I'd post something I found out about my MacBook.
I was having some trouble with the keyboard and trackpad. Simply put, it wasn't typing right. I would type a word, and it would show up on the screen a second later. All of the inputs seemed "sticky" like that.
After fiddling with the settings and repairing the disk permissions with no luck, I reset the Power Management Unit, and it works like a charm!
Here's how you do it on the MacBook, and I assume the MacBook pro: Shut the system down and wait about a minute. Remove the battery, and hold the start button down for 5-10 seconds. Replace the battery, turn the computer on, and you're good to go!
Dunno why it worked- it just did!
