Publishers are evil. I'm sure Douglas himself had the same problem. They're cynical little.. err.. 
Just keep trying. If you have a Real player compatible player on your machine, take a listen to Hitchhikers Guide to the Future - Episode 4 (I think). That's about print publishing. http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/hitchhikers/

Actually, there aren't that many video clips, but watching it again, it seems that one clip was low in quality. The rest are almost DVD quality.
