Since you've decided to write this in GuideML, you should get the GuideML right from the start.
Put at the start of every paragraph and at the start of the paragraph. This should be done even if the paragraph is only one line long, and even if the text looks OK on the screen without it.
Secondly, you should use a bullet list for your lists of job descriptions.
Put at the start.
Put before each item in the list and after it.
Put at the end of the list.

One of the important things about h2g2 Entries is that they need to be complete without needing to click on any links. Can you re-write your article to include the information in the link?
Also, are you the author of the page you have linked to, or is it someone else's? If it is not yours be careful you don't copy it over directly. Make sure the ideas come from you and write in your own style.
