I agree.

It's what I've been wanting to say all along but unlike you I don't have the guts to sit through enough news reports until i can formulate a sensible argument. They make me sick.

I think that like vietnam, we are being manipulated totally by the media. We peobably wont ever know what is really going on in Afganistan other than that people are dying. I'm goiong to rick getting flamed now and sy what I have really been thinking since Sept 11.

I'm tired of the lot of you. Absolutley sick to the bakc teeth and I wouldnt care if I never heard form you again.

by this I mean the Press and media.

and then,. in my saner moments I am glad that the press exist. because if not for them then there would be no one at all to tell us truth/lies. politicians ceratinly aren;t going to.

I think I 'd like to leave the planet now please.

I still wait for someone to come out with the important statistics:

Number of people killed, per year, by Al-Qaeda.
Number of people killed, per year, by the Taliban.
Number of people killed in total by the 'war on terrorism'.
Number of people killed, per year, by the Taliban's replacements.

From these figures, one could figure out the length of time it'll take before we are able to prove that the bombing of Afghanistan was morally justified. I won't hold my breath...
