I hear many, many good things about Andi watson, and I had no idea he was British. I like the conciseness here, and think it deserves to go into the guide.
Now I shall have to go and buy that copy of Geisha I've been thinking about...

Yep. He's from Kippax, near Leeds.
Geisha is fantastic, and also relatively hard to come by at the moment, I believe.
Many cheers for reading and enjoying the entry!

I think it's in the latest batch of Oni Press trade paperbacks, along with Chyna Clugston-Major's fantastic "Blue Monday: Absolute Beginners".
Though of course, i shall blaming you when mina asks me "What rubbish Beano type thing are you buying now"

Blue Monday is fantastic. I got Absolute Beginners the other day, having bought, read, enjoyed and lent out the first trade a while back.
So, I assume that this is a reprint of Geisha, not a new collection?
And of course all this talk and purchasing of comics is mea culpa.

Yeah, it's the original series.
And it's nothing personal, I just have to be able to blame somebody...

Well done, that man. Strike another blow for the serious appreciation of Graphic and Sequential Art.
Or The Beano, depending on which definition you prefer.
