now, i did not join in h2g2s first month, but can i still join under the, 
, ghost act, which clearly states that since my name is spook i have ghost status which means that i can claim h2g2 ghost status and be the spirit of an unused lower number researcher who signed up in the first month but who never did anything or chose a name or anything.
so, can i join?

by that logic, no. if i change it to 3 years on h2g2, then you might be able to.
