A Conversation for Behaviouristic Theory
Behavior Analysis isn't quite that simple

I think perhaps you should show your essay on behavioristic theory to somebody who's fluent in it, because the way you present it is grossly misleadning.
The basis of behavior analysis is that humans emit behavior, and that behavior is selected and maintained by its consequences. As behaviorists (including Skinner) have discovered, it is not always the case that punishment (in the usual sense of the word) reduces behavior.
Behavior analysis _does_ take into account free will, in fact Skinner has written an entire book about it: Beyond Freedom and Dignity.
I think it's way cool that the H2H2 has an entry about behavioristic theory, and I think you have done a great job in providing one. I think it should be worked on until we can all agree upon it.
