I was told that in windows I might get special characters by pressing
the alt button and ASCII code. Like so $ % @ now if I can just find that ascii table.

well one table says that 86 is V 134 is å 135 is ç not exactly what I was expecting. how about 163ú or 225ß I definately have the wrong table

more than likely if I wanted to say Lòòneytunes paid 25£ for something I could using 149 for ò and 156 for £ so that last chart is off +7 therefor dagger would be 134-7 or 127 which seems to do nothing.

The new keyboard is the key. My old one had the right numbers out of commission.
So a pound sterling is 163 ú maybe it isn't
a euro is 8334 Ä wrong again.
I better check on that yen.

A yen is 165-8=¥
so does that make a pound 163-8=155 ¢ not quite.

so would a euro be 8334-7=8327 ç or 8326 å or 8328ê
