Why are there no smileys for Ms C Smiley, late of "Changing Rooms"?
What's needed is one with nice blonde hair, a big grin and a speech bubble, which says "hullo!"

Alternatively someone could take it on themselves to give Ms C Smiley a makeover so that she looks like this one:

They've actually closed the list for now so they can work through the backlog.
You can keep hold of the idea though and when they re-open the list if you can produce a reasoned argument as to why the entire community desperately needs a Carol Smiley smiley it might just get added! 
In the mean time I'd just make do with the ones we've got

We need one because she is so very smiley (and I can't believe how old she is either- very well preserved).
