What about the stupid spitting alien that is always hanging around the Hithhiker books? That would make a great smiley if it didn't look gross. Also, why not have a H2G2 community / club thingy completely devoted to research into new H2G2 smileys.
Does anyone know the latin word for the smiley species?

I don't think the Overwhelmingly huge guide to clubs is still going but other than that the info seems to be up to date.

Actually spitting is against the House Rules, so I don't think it would be appropriate.

Excuse me,it doesn't spit, it sticks it's tounge out. It's on the cover of the omnibus edition of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series.
I'm going to find out about the club thing. Thanks.
