What a great entry! I've only passed through Karlstadt on the way to Wuerzburg, but it looked like a nice place. Next time I'll get out and explore!

One minor point about the use of German nouns. They are always capitalised; hence in paragraph one residenz should be Residenz and so forth. Its a very picky minor point, but it stands out a bit, especially so early in the entry!
