I think I have put together a good framework together for this article over at http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A629246 but I am not going to have time to to add detail or the final spit an polish to it in the near future so if any one wants to help out?

Here's wot I'm thinking
It needs a section on the History of the corporation and the final section on the role of the corporation needs exspanding big time.
Additionaly maybe a section on Livery Companies ?
Now are there any volunteers.

Livery companys, I can do one specific one, the Company of Hackney Carriage Drivers as my dad's in that.
