There are several games I remember.
Bugaboo the Flea - with the great introduction.
Lords of Midnight - a wonderful strategy game - pushing the Spectrum to it's limits.
The Wild Bunch - chasing baddies around the Old West - the gunfight section was particularly good.
Bubble Bobble - good two-player action.
Jetpac - maddeningly addictive.
Rebelstar - tough two player game.
Lords of Time - enthralling adventure.
Chuckie Egg - mayhem
There were so many more - but I can't remember them all.
But don't worry - I'll be back when I can!
Myriad.

There's an excellent Freeware PC conversion of Lords of Midnight with brand new graphics and an improved user interface. Can't remember what URL I got it from but a google search should get you there
Rebelstar was excellent. I managed to defeat the computer at level 2 on my Speccy emulator and I was well chuffed

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
