Cool! If the hashes were bold it'd be a bit more readable... 
If you search and replace in Notepad as follows, it shouldn't take long to bold them up:
Replace "0#" with "0#"
Replace "1#" with "1#"
Replace "#0" with "#0"
Replace "#1" with "#1"
Since none of the hashes are at the ends of a line, that should get them all emboldened with just four global replaces...
