This is an entry based on years of experience and watching other campers. As usual, I'm afraid it's too long again. Please tell me what to lop off.

Or should I include more recipes?

Those questions make it sound like Writing Workshop material, but I am really quite happy with it as it is, if you are, dear Scouts.

Hi there,

How about adding to the safety tips, never cook in a tent.
I've seen the results personnally of an idiot who knocked over
his stove whilst inside a nylon tent - it wasn't a pretty sight.

Also, I don't think they let you link to non-edited articles from
an edited article, so I think quite a few of your links will probably disappear.

Apart from that I really liked it, really informative.

thank you. I try to put in bits that aren't things that everyone knows - otherwise what's the point, I always say? I know, cooking in a tent is a dangerous affair, will expand the safety. Just didn't want to be too much of a spoilsport.

I know you can't link to unedited entries, and have pointed out that these are unedited for that reason, to make the subeditor's work easier (am subed myself, if somewhat dormant at the moment).

And thank you particularly for coming along so fast - I'd only just put this one up!

That's all right. It's a big site and you can't know everyone. I am very appreciative of your having read the entry. Am now going to check your site and see what you have written. I try and involve myself with at least one Peer Review thread for each entry I submit, otherwise what is Peer Review for?

I'm beginning to think I have a secret admirer somewhere! When, oh when, will we find out which Scout recommended our entries????

Anyway - no smiley - bubbly this time - it's cocoa round the camp fire! Plus the odd bottle of rum circling.
