Here is a delicious idea for librarians. When a person checks out thier limit of books just to anoy you... an then returns them... do what I do. I just don't check them in. I put them back on the shelf where they will hopefully sit for close to a year. Then that "poor" kid'll have a $1000 fine to deal with...
