I'm interested that you mentioned the city of Tsukuba. I know nothing about the place, but I do have a number of recordings of concerts given by the Singakademie and Baroque Ensemble Tsukuba, under their conductor Mariko Suzuki. They seem to be a very competent group of amateur music makers, performing works from a wide range of periods of classical music.
