need another French translator?

H'lo. Stumbled on this thread quite by accident through the Suggestions forum (mentioned a Translator badge). I'm not a native speaker, but I've been studying French for going on 10 years now and just got my bachelor's in it this May. I'd be happy to do either translations or just proofing to make sure that the content is acceptable.

Hi Nireena,
thanks for volunteering! Unfortunately the TransVol scheme is German-only so far. But I'll forward your proposal to Peta, who is in charge of the TransVols. Maybe she reads this page anyhow.

I'm only an A-Level student, but I speak good french (I can hold philosophical arguments about Cartesian epistemology. *shrug*) (Ask Ashley. .. )
So if you need more french translators, I'd be more than happy to help, and put my french to use.

Thanks for volunteering!
I suppose you have read that thread and realize that the Translators' scheme is still somehow unofficial. But I have added you to the list.

Happy to help out.
Yip Yip. I know.
How're things progressing with regard to officialising the scheme?

No, wait, that was a STUPID question.
Please excuse my profound tiredness and ensuing lack of intelligence.
