Entry/exit of trains,
It is a simple rule, stand out of the way and LET PEOPLE OFF first! Living in london and enjoying(!) our wonderful public transport system I have found the best strategy when people do not comply with such a simple rule is to stand in the middle of the doorway and exit the train directly forward. Some have said that this method does not work so well if you are not a 6'2" tattooed skinhead and indeed I have found it need augmenting with wide-eyed hysterical laughter when I travel as my city-working alter ego.
