Hurrah! Great work putting it all together Lucinda.
Only one thing missing that I could see - nail polish 'dries' (evaporates) faster in water than in the air. There is a scientific reason for this which I can go searching for if we need to prove it.

polar solvents (water) verses non polar solvents (acteone) etc. but i forget why.

Mina Posted Jul 3, 2002
I remembered that it was something to do with the acetone, but that's as far as memory goes.

Beat you to it, Mina

You've just added that! I'm sure it wasn't there when I read it before I posted... And I *did* read it, promise!

One thing to possibly add in the colours section - my daughter has a shade that is silver but when it is exposed to direct sunlight, it changes to purple.
Tres cool!

When painting nails, leave a gap (ie, don't paint the whole nail) at the side. This way nails look longer

It also minmises the risk of the "oops, I was in a hurry and missed" look....

All suggestions added to the entry.
Leaving a gap down the sides - in the Collaborative Workshop someone suggested the same thing, but for a different reason: to allow the nail to breathe...

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
