This is an essay I'm writing for my Freshman level English class. I think it's actually one of my better essays, and I thought I'd get someone's opinion on it before I turn it in (I kind of need a good grade!!). Please note that since I'm at a college in the US, it's in American English form.

I forgot to mention: If you find too many passive voice sentences, please let me know how to change them... passive voice is my downfall, and the teacher takes off points for too much of it!

I don't know if you've turned this in or not yet, but, well, I liked it 
Agreed with it for the most part. You raise some good points.
The ALF... avoiding the obvious Alien Life Form/1980s sitcom pun... it seems to me that any group that has "cells" in operation is going to cause problems.
