Ok, I've come back to this and rewritten it so it's less "I, I, I" and informal.

It's short, but hopefully useful given that tempeh is one of those weird things you either find in a health food shop and know absolutely nothing about, or you read about in food books and think "Eh?".

And it's verr, verr good for you, so it's useful to know about.

Well, the worst I can say is that you still have to work at it , as there are still some 'I's and a 'myself' around.

The recipe would look better if you format it like a recipe usually is (with 'ingredients' and 'method' and such). Besides, the title says 'how to cook..' but your preparation doesn't seem to require heat (or blame it on my poor English )

The bottom part (your footnote) could better stand out as a section of its own although I'm not sure if that shouldn't better go into the Guide's entry on Tofu, at http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A182620 . A google search with "tofu alzheimer" provides *lots* of references. However, the quote and your own writing should be separated by alternating between italic and non-italic font style.

Could you tell *which* vitamins Tempeh is rich in? Why exactly should I want to eat it?
