Tweaks tweaked. The only thing I've not changed (other than the itallics/apostraphe song titles) is the reference tabs. Although I do take your point, Gnomon, that they belong outside the article inside tabs, I've always felt that if similar articles are listed at the end, they're more likely to be read than if they are listed in a jumble in a random order somewhere on the right in the margins. And the other Beatles articles are well worth reading.

That's a good point, BB, but unfortunately it's not official policy. In the PDA skin, the links in the side appear as links, but the ones in the text appear as plain text with no link, so official policy frowns on long lists of links in the text.

Hi Bluebottle. This looks like it's shaping up to be a fantastic Entry. And it looks like you're nearly done. Your prophecy about the title may well prove to be true, in line with the other Beatles albums, can we suggest:

'1' - The Beatles Compilation Album

A sub could pick this up, but it would massively helpful if you could check and correct the style for song titles and albums. Italics for albums and song titles like this: 'Lady Madonna' (with single quotes), although don't worry about the Track Listing list.

But really well done - it's great.

As it is now 2010 I can now say it is official - 1 was the best selling album worldwide of the last decade!

With regard to the song & album titles, I'll see if I get time to sort that out over the weekend.

Thanks Bluebottle. This has been raised earlier, but the h2g2 links would be better in the body of the text, if that's possible, as that's more in line with our style. But this can be left for a sub to do if you don't have time - which would be understandable.
