This is extremely informative, though low on humour.
I would advise that you either:
- remove the personal references and turn this into an entry for PR, with more information on the delightfully-named Mr Crapper, or
- be less informative, and make this funnier.
Making it funny would be hard - I have lived in old houses, and the subject of annoying toilet problems makes me grit my teeth. Been there, done that, ruined the t-shirt.

Dmitri is right. This is informative but a bit... dry doesn't seem the appropriate word somehow.
There are various Edited Guide articles on toilets already, so if you could make it funnier and intend it for the AWW, that would be good.
