ah, no explanations, hootoo policy they don;t discuss moderation on site - and we're not supposed to speculate either 
Although the author of said posts will have had an email and explanation so it may be they can edit their posts and get them reinstated.

Author of said posts, has had his email, but is confused as the rest of you, has revisited the site, to see if it affected his machine, but since do not know which site post 17 visited, but wont be editing my post as the information has reached to the person it was intended for and don't think they had any problems.....
Plus the person 
who moderated the link, must have visited the link 
smiley and found it contravenes the rules, so I will rest my case
