I haven't looked yet, but I assume they would be only be able to change it locally, i.e. their changes wouldn't affect any other user. That means you're looking at storing the target URL as a string inside a cookie... smiley - geek

Reaading a few newgroup postings, I think any persistant changes made by the User need to be recorded in the RDF file (which I havent got yet, but is needed for conversion to an XPI file).
