Towel Day 2005
I'm not really here Posted Jan 29, 2005
Oh well, get on with it then! I've been looking at flights and everything. I'd like to buy while they're still £12.99.

Mister Matty Posted Jan 30, 2005
For those who are interested, there's preview-screening review of the h2g2 film on the Ain't It Cool website. I can't stand AIC, which is a hideous reminder of why geeks are so often sneered at, so I've not braced myself for reading the review (doubtless in BIG COLOURFUL LETTERS under a tiny cartoon of an overweight redheaded Texan with two heads and a "42" t-shirt or some other such whimsical nonsense) but I can post a link here if anyone wants to read it.

Could I remind certain people that if my grandmother hadn't fallen in love with an Englishman, I wouldn't be here at all?

Zantic - Who is this woman?? Posted Feb 1, 2005
That's disgraceful Dr. A! Not the sort of thing I'd do....
But you'd better be careful or you'll end up like my Mum - came to Scotland for a year and is still here after 30+ years.

7 May is potentially the saturday after a Genrela election. I'll be needed to take posters down.
And woprse we need to run a stall at the Linlithgow street fair in the afternoon of the 7th.

Right, let's try and get this thing into something at least vaguely resembling some kind of order! I've done a page for the meet at A3871208 and a thread for signing up at F2067251?thread=622209 so now there's no excuse.

Arse! I'm going to be in Edinburgh the week BEFORE the meet...

Ku'Reshtin (Bring the beat back!) Posted Apr 19, 2005
That's usually not a big problem. By your mentioning of you being in Edinburgh, it usually means that some people will make the effort to meet up for a mini-meet.
